2022: Using Solar addVisor

JSC NPK has implemented a pilot project to use Solar addVisor, a system for collecting and analyzing data to improve labor efficiency and organizational development of the company. A successful pilot project made it possible to scale the use of the system throughout the company. The company "Rostelecom-Solar" announced this on October 10, 2022.

At the start of the pilot project, the company was faced with the task of analyzing the productivity of employees and divisions and their involvement in work, identifying areas of development of personnel competencies, key skills for hiring new employees and their further successful work in the company, signs of burnout of employees.

The data collected by Solar addVisor during the first phase of the project gave management an understanding of the current productivity of the company's employees and helped identify points of productivity growth. Overburdened specialists were identified and the resource component was assessed in the departments, which helped to redistribute the load on employees who were not fully busy with work.

According to the results of the pilot project, JSC NPK plans to scale the use of Solar addVisor for a more comprehensive analysis of the efficiency of the entire company.

Our HR specialists have evaluated the conveniently implemented access delimitation system, thanks to which Solar addVisor can use company managers to monitor working hours and workload of employees, said Alexander Shilov, head of the information security department of NPK JSC.

Solar addVisor analyzes actions at the desktop computer and provides information about the actual workload of employees (underload, overload), departments and the organization as a whole, identifying potential risks of burnout and efficiency degradation, as well as the need to balance or redistribute tasks. The software product reflects the dynamics of productivity of the employee, department and organization over a certain period. The result of the analysis is the identification of factors that increase and reduce the efficiency of personnel. Solar addVisor also allows you to analyze the working hours, helping to manage labor discipline.
