Automation system for working with bank clients on salary projects "Orion"
A project to create an automation system for working with clients within the framework of salary projects at Ak Bars Bank PJSC. Users of the system are bank operators and specialists of legal entities - clients of the bank.
Task
Create a system of automation of salary projects with a friendly interface that is convenient for all participants in the process, which works stably under heavy loads, "seamlessly" integrated with the bank's automated banking system, processing and CRM. Introduce the system into commercial operation, organize the work of clients and employees of Ak Bars Bank and develop the functional capabilities of the system.
Decision
A project team with expertise in the banking sector was created, the architecture of the Orion information system was developed, and the program code of the system was developed. The system has been put into commercial operation and is successfully operating at Ak Bars Bank.
