The Electronic archive of city administration of Sochi began to function

Due to the beginning of the Olympic construction the quantity of citizens' appeals in state bodies for the purpose of settlement of the land questions considerably increased in Sochi. For ensuring effective interaction with the population, the city administration together with ELAR corporation implements the project on creation, filling and use of electronic archive of title land documents.

In 2009 the corporation won an auction on execution of works for creation of the information system "Electronic Archive of City Administration of Sochi". Within the project the server hardware, workstations and the planetary scanner of ELAR Planskan A3-Ts was supplied. For storage, access and management of electronic documents ELAR SAPERION specialized software is set. Forces of specialists of corporation transfer to an electronic form the most demanded part of archive fund of the customer.

Now employees of archives department of administration of Sochi have an opportunity to independently fill electronic archive using the module of the current input of documents. After completion of works in November, 2010, daily activity of staff of archive, processes of storage, completing, accounting and use of information in administration of Sochi will be completely automated. The electronic archive will give the chance much more quickly to execute requests of citizens and the organizations, at the same time completely providing personal data protection.

Besides, in the nearest future in Sochi it is going to create the unified information system which in addition to Electronic archive will integrate the multifunction center "Single window" and Electronic Government of Sochi.
