2022: Process Engineering
AXELOT carried out technological design of the warehouse complex for KS Group and proposed a concept that will increase the company's performance indicators and allow KS Group to implement development plans without increasing the storage area. Axelot announced this on October 14, 2022.
KS Group manufactures and sells finishing materials, furniture, civil materials.
KS Group is one of the holdings in Asia, whose developed dealer network as of October 2022 includes more than 400 points of sale throughout Uzbekistan. The company has all the necessary infrastructure for successful business. The KS Group trading line is constantly increasing and in parallel with it there is a steady increase in the volume of commodity processing. In the near future, the company plans to enter the markets of neighboring countries, expand the range and three to four times increase in sales volumes, open its own distribution centers in all regions of Uzbekistan, as well as in the border regions of the republic.
The development program includes the construction of a warehouse to provide the necessary storage capacity and efficient processing of commodity flows, taking into account the expected growth. Construction is planned on the territory of the company's warehouse complex in Tashkent.
The construction of the warehouse began with the development of a technological project, which was carried out by AXELOT specialists. They received recommendations on the study of the identified bottlenecks to increase the efficiency of the warehouse economy, advice on the selection of a storage system and warehouse equipment, calculations on the number of necessary personnel and PTW.
Thanks to the results logistic consulting , the company received a clear vision of both strategic plans for the development of logistics, and tactical solutions - specific schemes for the location of goods, schemes for the movement of equipment, formalized warehouse processes and their relationship with related services - inventory transport management, etc.
