2022: Automation of EDO with FSSP

Commercial Indo Bank automated electronic document management with the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) of Russia using the software product Interaction with FSSP developed by Diasoft, which was last announced on October 17, 2022. As a result, the bank processes about 100 thousand incoming documents from the FSSP every day and promptly provides answers to requests from bailiffs in 24/7 mode.

In accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 417-FZ "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation," which enter into force on December 17, 2022, credit organizations must carry out information exchange with the FSSP using a unified system of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SMEV). Information shall be provided to the FSSP within three days from the date of receipt of the request. Thanks to a joint project with Diasoft, we timely fulfilled the requirements of the regulator. In addition, electronic document flow with the FSSP significantly reduced labor costs for the preparation and provision of the required information, said Artem Vasilyevich Samokhin, Deputy Vice President for System Technologies, Commercial Indo Bank.

The product "Interaction with the FSSP" implements the automatic processing of requests from bailiffs, the formation and sending of bank responses about the existence of accounts with the debtor and funds on them, the lease of bank cells and about property purchased under loan agreements. Also, "Interaction with the FSSP" allows you to automatically process all types of decisions of bailiffs.

In addition to the introduction of the software product, we supported the registration processes in SMEV and the implementation of integration testing of the electronic interaction of Commercial Indo Bank with the FSSP.
