Project objectives

  • Integrate company management processes based on the 1C:ERP solution.
  • Organize a single information space for structural units.
  • Increase the coherence of the work of key units (at the interfaces of processes, in interdependent processes).
  • Provide company management with transparent operational information for management purposes.
  • Implement batch accounting of master materials in warehouses and in production.

Project results

In November 2019, the operational loop was launched at 1C:. ERP The following are automated: business processes

In the 1st stage, the operational loop was launched in the 1C:ERP:

  • Sales management (in terms of BOM study tasks).
  • Purchasing and Warehouse Management (no shipping documentation)
  • Logistics (Delivery Management).
  • Material Management (Batch Accounting for Master Materials in Warehouse and Production).
  • Incoming inspection of materials.
  • Cost management.
  • Carried out integration with the system. 1C: Document Flow
  • Work with the NSI has been established.

The subsystem of the KORP 1S:ZUP was also launched in terms of personnel accounting, payroll calculation, and time accounting. The divisions of the company, in the area of ​ ​ responsibility of which these automation units are located, switched to work in the new system 9 months after the start of the project.

In the 2nd stage of the project, processes from the regulated accounting unit (accounting and tax accounting) were automated.

The result of the project was the integration of the company's management processes based on the 1C:ERP solution.

The divisions of the enterprise have established closer information interaction in a single 1C:ERP system. This allowed management to quickly receive reliable information and make informed management decisions.
