2022: Inclusion in the register of domestic software

The decision of Russian Railways to sell tickets for all types of transport is registered in the register of domestic software. Russian Railways-Digital Passenger Solutions announced this on October 24, 2022.

The project "Automated cashier's workplace" allows you to issue tickets for various types of transport in a single interface, the system is integrated with banking and cash equipment.

Cashier's AWS is a completely domestic development created for the Astra Linux operating system. At the same time, it is important for us that Russian Railways' digital solutions are not only independent of import, but also surpass foreign analogues in functionality and stability, Kassir's AWS is just such a solution. And, no less important, this is a universal product suitable not only for Russian Railways, but also for the entire transport system of Russia, "said Yevgeny Charkin, Deputy General Director of Russian Railways.

ARM Kassira was created by Russian Railways-Digital Passenger Solutions, a subsidiary of Russian Railways-Technologies, specializing in digital services for the passenger complex. The product is implemented on the basis of the Innovative Mobility platform. The interface is intuitive and does not require long-term personnel training. You can use the Kassir AWS at suburban railway ticket offices, long-distance ticket offices, river transport, air and bus ticket offices.

As of October 2022, 83 automated cashier workplaces were installed. Together with the Center for Corporate Governance of the Suburban Complex of Russian Railways, we have implemented this software in suburban cash desks in 6 regions of the country.
