MegaFon got expanded support of Ultimate from Microsoft

Microsoft and MegaFon companies concluded the first in Russia and in Central and Eastern Europe the contract for providing service of premieres support of the Ultimate level. The similar service assumes qualitatively new level of cooperation between the parties at which the customer and vendor become full-fledged partners and separate responsibility for quality of work and operation of IT infrastructure based on the Microsoft platform. It means that Microsoft carries out monitoring and analyzes a status of the operating IT infrastructure of the customer according to the results of which it creates the list of recommendations for prevention of possible problems and decrease in operational risks. In turn the customer is guided only by these recommendations at service of all infrastructure.

The service offered at the fixed price includes assessment of IT risks, drawing up and implementation of the plan for their prevention that considerably reduces the probability of emergence of failures in work of IT. In case of observance by the customer of all recommendations Microsoft takes the responsibility for the solution of all incidents if they did not manage to be prevented.

Technical support of the Ultimate level most corresponds to our requirements in this connection we also made the decision on the conclusion of this contract".

The prime minister support in Russia

In addition to Ultimate level premieres supports which became available to customers only one and a half years ago the Microsoft corporation offers sets of services of the following levels: Premier of Foundation, Premier Standard and Premier PLUS. During action of premieres support in Russia (since 2001) its advantages estimated many large organizations among which the Bank of Russia, Lukoil, Sberbank of Russia, FTS, VTB. In total today service of premieres support was selected for themselves by about 100 companies working in the territory of the Russian Federation. Expansion of a portfolio of services of premieres support opens new abilities to manage of IT.
