Biography
Education
In 1989, Konstantin Yunov graduated from Kuban State University with a degree in Applied Mathematics, in 2005 - the same university with a degree in State Municipal Administration.
Career
Yunov began his career in 1988 as a computer science teacher at secondary school N12 in Krasnodar.
From 1989 to 1991 he worked as a software engineer of the All-Union Scientific and Production Association "Ris" at VASKHNIL.
Since 1991 - in various positions at the Sonar Research and Development Center.
On February 6, 1997, Yunov moved to the position of Deputy Director for Technical Affairs, Chief Engineer of Kubansvyazservice (a branch of Kubanelektrosvyaz, and then of the Southern Telecommunications Company, as of 2016, part of Rostelecom).
From 2000 to 2005 he worked at UTK, in particular, as the director of the Center for New Technologies branch.
Work at Megafon
On September 12, 2005, Konstantin Yunov took the position of Deputy General Director for Information Technology of the Megafon branch in the Caucasus - Mobicom-Kavkaz company.
Since September 11, 2008 he worked as the director of information technology of Megafon. He left the company in July 2012 after changing the general director of the operator (Sergei Soldatenkov was replaced by Ivan Tavrin in April 2012 ).
Work at Texnoprom
In June 2014, Yunov was appointed president of Texnoprom. He was tasked with bringing the company to new markets in areas such as IT consulting, development, implementation and maintenance of IT systems, application integration, localization of IT solutions production in Russia.
Under the leadership of Yunov, Texnoprom became the first OEM partner IBM in the OpenPOWER Foundation program in Russia.
Transfer to the "National Center for Informatization"
In March 2016, as it became known to TAdviser, Konstantin Yunov moved to the National Center for Informatization (NCI), where he took the position of Deputy General Director for Business Development.
Yunov is responsible for both the growth of the company as a whole and the success of individual areas, the NCI told TAdviser. He is responsible for project management, creating models of interaction with customers and partners, as well as creating and implementing strategies for promoting products and services.
