2022: Optimizing Atlassian Products

IBS on October 24, 2022 announced the provision of support services for Atlassian products to Rosbank. The service provided by IBS made it possible to optimize the work of the bank's divisions.

Rosbank, a private universal bank that provides all types of financial services to private and corporate clients, is included by the Bank of Russia in the list of 13 systemically important credit institutions.

IBS has been providing Rosbank with its IT solutions and services for more than 5 years, this time the task was to optimize the work of Jira, Confluence, Bitbicket tools. Atlassian products have been used in the bank for a long time and are used in many areas and divisions of the bank: business - for process management, IT - for development management, testing, knowledge base.

After the IBS vendor left, it was necessary to ensure the uninterrupted operation of Jira Software software products, as well as solving routine customer support tasks with ensuring business continuity 24/7. The customer needed to continue working with Jira without having to look for analogues.

Support for Jira is carried out using the best practices and recommendations of the vendor. Earlier, the IBS team analyzed the current state of the system, updated Jira to the current version, configured the system for optimal use of resources, which ensures the normal operation of the software, conducted a study of the incorrect operation of the tool from the point of view of the end users of the software (business, IT division). IBS specialists have carried out complex updates, merging instances from several to one without losing functionality, recovering information after not entirely correct manipulations.

As a result of the work done, the uninterrupted operation of the client's software was ensured, the quality of business processes increased. Due to the high level of support and development of the system by IBS, the number of requests from the customer under the contract decreased, the system began to work 2 times more stable,
