Implementation Project Objective

Organize a General Data Environment for storage, exchange, review and approval of documentation within the framework of the investment and construction project "Northern Backup of Kutuzovsky Prospekt from the Molodogvardeyskaya Transport Interchange to the Moscow City Moscow Center along the Smolensk direction of the Moscow Railway."

Implementation Project Objectives

  • Organize a complete electronic archive of technical documentation.
  • Develop interaction regulations and ensure the joint work of participants in the investment and construction project.
  • Automate the process of review and approval of working and process documentation.
  • Organize document flow of comments.
  • Ensure the ability to track the relevance of documents submitted for work using QR coding.

Project progress

  • Partners and the customer have formed an IT structure for the creation of pigs.
  • A test and operating environment has been prepared for installing and configuring the system.
  • The system and basic configuration were installed.
  • Data on the documentation structure and acceptance processes are collected.
  • The regulation of interaction between participants in the investment and construction project has been developed.
  • The requirements for the structure of data storage in the system are formulated.
  • Requirements for the automated documentation review and approval process are formulated.
  • The automated approval process in the system has been modified to meet the approved requirements.
  • The settings of the test and working environment have been made.

  • User instructions have been prepared and user training has been conducted.

Implementation results

  • The structure of storing documentation in the system has been built, access rights have been configured. The mandatory use of the system is supported by internal orders and contracts between legal entities participating in the investment and construction project. The system stores tens of thousands of project documents.
  • The documentation review and approval process is automated and accelerated; the process is transparent and reliable. For two years of use, about 7.5 thousand approvals were carried out in the system.
  • Approval participants receive notifications and reminders about the task of coordination, which increases the performing discipline of decision-makers.
  • Control over the progress of documentation acceptance is ensured.
  • The process route supports the ability at each step to start the export situation assessment sub-process for the accuracy of the approval decision.
