2024: Optimizing Your Work with Confidential Documents

Gazprom Transgaz Ukhta LLC converted confidential document flow into electronic form using Directum RX. Thanks to the Russian document and business process management system, the company not only protected especially sensitive information, but also accelerated its work. Directum announced this on January 22, 2025.

The implementation project covered more than 13.5 thousand users. As a result, the processing of confidential documents has become 2 times faster, the time for creating an act on the destruction of documents has been reduced to one minute, and 13 top managers have joined the system and accelerated their work. The contractor for the project was Directum's general partner, MT Group.

Within Gazprom Transgaz Ukhta, implementation specialists identified 4 types of corporate secrets: personal data, commercial secrets, confidential information and official use documents. To organize correct work with privacy stamps, a corresponding reference book, stamp and group of fields in document cards were developed in the system. For convenient storage of documents, a single project log was organized. The process of placing documents in business, the stages of removal of the neck and guaranteed destruction are also automated.

The company plans to provide information security and accreditation with a set of systems included in a confidential circuit according to the 1G security class.
