Project Objectives:
- Ensure the storage of a single customer base of the pharmacy chain and its segmentation by various parameters;
- Planning and monitoring of marketing activities with assessment of their effectiveness;
- Sales analysis to identify bottlenecks and growth points.
The solution is implemented on the AMBER platform platform. The following works were performed:
- Integration with the M-Pharmacy service, from where data on customers, discount cards issued for them, valid bonuses are taken, an item guide;
- Integration with an internal mobile application, from where data on purchases, orders and additional information on customers are taken into AMBER CRM;
- Integration with social networks and instant messengers: VKontakte, notification of customers via the selected communication channel;
- Setting up auto-segmentation of customers: changing customer statuses based on RFM analysis;
- Set up the "Planning and Budgeting" section to maintain marketing activities and assess their effectiveness;
- Setup: analysts RFM analysis (data based on automatic calculation of frequency, age and amount of orders), effectiveness of marketing activities, plan/actual sales by directions and others.
