Lean production allowed Russian Product to reach federal retail chains

The company "Russian Product" (Maloyaroslavetsky District of the Kaluga Region) in July 2022 completed the main stages of the national project "Labor Productivity." The team of the Regional Competence Center (RCC), which is the operator of the national project, helped the employees of the enterprise to introduce lean production. Thanks to the transformations on the pilot stream, the production of flour products increased by almost 2.5 tons. In November 2022, the company is replicating lean technologies for all production processes.

Previously, the problem of reassortment periodically arose. Now the company has rebuilt the processes. The employee weighs raw materials, distributes them into separate containers for each type of product. Thanks to clear visualization and production schedule, which was developed with RCC, the raw materials are timely supplied to the machine for further work, told the manager of production efficiency of JSC "Russian Product," Tatyana Nagaytseva.

Optimization of processes affected the stabilization of production volumes. A clear delivery schedule made it possible to ensure the constant presence of goods in large retail chains.

Products are presented in almost all well-known chain stores. Partners have strict requirements for the quality of products, which the company always meets. Each batch of raw materials undergoes a thorough, multi-stage inspection, including microbiological indicators. All products do not contain harmful substances, GMOs. It is completely safe and healthy. Lean production tools help us to conduct quality assessments carefully and at the same time do not delay delivery times.
