2022: Passing federal certification

The Regional Competence Center (RCC) in the field of labor productivity has passed federal certification. This was announced on August 22, 2022 by the Business Development Agency. The team was evaluated by five indicators - the results at the enterprises participating in the national project for three and six months, the organization of the work of the RCC, training and the Process Factory.

For two days, experts from the Federal Center for Competence (FCC), which oversees the implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity," worked at the enterprises "Metra" (g.) Obninsk and "Russian Cheese" (village of Zakrutoye, Kuibyshevsky District). We got acquainted with the Kaluga Process Factory, assessed the correctness of the documentation and the results of work with regional companies. According to the results, the team of the Kaluga RCC received high marks. Experts especially noted the involvement of employees of the implementation working group lean production and heads of enterprises in the projects.

In 2022 alone, specialists worked in 8 companies, achieving a total planned effect of 328.5 million per rub year. 132 employees were trained in lean production, 12 instructors were trained at enterprises, 61 trainings were held, 13 new companies were involved in the national project. According to the results of the six months, the Kaluga RCC took 8th place in the All-Russian rating.
