Rostelecom and Khabarovsk Krai signed the agreement on creation of a regional segment of "the electronic government"

The Far East branch of Rostelecom and the government of Khabarovsk Krai signed the agreement on cooperation within creation of a regional segment of "the electronic government". The document was signed by the governor, the Chairman of the Government of Khabarovsk Territory Vyacheslav Shporti the vice president - the director of the Far East branch of Rostelecom Ivan Zima.

In the agreement it is said that the parties "mutually consider each other as strategic partners in formation of infrastructure of "the electronic government" in Khabarovsk Krai and to transfer to an electronic form of services of public authorities and local government".

"Within the pilot zone created in Khabarovsk Krai full-scale deployment, implementation and operation of the unified regional solution of infrastructure of "the electronic government" with connection to it of information systems and implementation on its base of processes and regulations of rendering services of regional and municipal authorities in electronic form as complex service will be performed, - Winter Ivan told. - Implementation of the solution developed by Rostelecom will allow the government of Khabarovsk Krai to create as fast as possible a regional segment of "the electronic government" and to provide its integration with a federal segment".

Distinctive features of the solution developed by Rostelecom are its compliance to the uniform technology policy accepted for creation of uniform infrastructure of the electronic government and also observance of all necessary requirements for information security and personal data protection. The solution contains a full range of the services and technologies necessary for a possibility of rendering services in electronic form by regional authorities.

According to the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation Rostelecom is the only contractor of actions of the Federal target program "Electronic Russia" regarding design and creation of infrastructure of "the electronic government".

Within the project Rostelecom performs consolidation of regional, federal and industry data in one, steadily functioning mechanism of the processing and information exchange received from different government institutions in scales of the whole country.
