2011: Implementation and maintenance of the 1C: Integrated Automation system

In October 2011, the implementation of the 1C: Integrated Automation 8 software product was carried out at ASTRA, which specializes in trade in medical equipment, equipment and tools.

The reason for the project was the unsatisfactory operation of the software, as well as the need to switch to a more modern 1C: Enterprise 8 platform.

On the recommendation of the selected automation partner from among the leading franchisees 1C of the company (WiseAdvice-IT until 2010, Intellis), ASTRA management decided to implement a 1C: Integrated Automation system.

In less than 1 year, the integrator carried out the following works: an audit of ASTRA accounting was carried out, business processes of the trading enterprise were optimized, the implementation of the software product 1C: Integrated Automation 8 was carried out and users were trained on working with the system.

At the end of the project, the automation of integrated accounting on the basis of the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform, which meets the requirements of ASTRA, was carried out. At the same time, accounting and tax accounting processes, management accounting, sales, time and contract accounting, personnel and salary accounting, procurement and supplier relations processes are automated.

After the project, support for the functioning of the system and consulting users on working with the system were carried out.
