GS LEDs will appear in Ledel and Fereks lights

2022: LED supply contract

GS Group Holding on November 21, 2022 announced that it had signed a contract for the supply of domestic GS LEDs for the production of Russian LEDEL and FEREKS LED lamps.

The first batch of GS LEDs has already been sent and will soon arrive at the warehouses of light engineering plants. In the near future, LEDEL and FEREKS lamps based on them will enter the LED lighting market. The plans include expanding cooperation and supplying new volumes of components.

LEDEL and FEREKS are Russian manufacturers of LED lamps that are part of the IEK GROUP. The total area of ​ ​ production space for November 2022 LEDEL and FEREKS exceeds 25,500 sq. m. In the combined assortment - more than 8000 items of LED-lamps for various purposes. Serial production of lamps has been going on since 2008.

Large-scale production of LEDs under the GS LED brand was launched in June 2021 on the basis of high-tech enterprises of the Technopolice GS cluster. The production infrastructure includes 700 sq. m of its own clean rooms of class 7, which have the potential to expand to 1500 sq. m. GS Group is a manufacturer of LEDs in the Russian Federation with its own clean rooms of this level of equipment.

GS LEDs are included in. Register of Russian Industrial Products At Technopolice GS enterprises, all technological operations necessary to recognize the LED as Russian are performed: manufacturing of the case and housing of the LED, conducting control tests. In the manufacture of LEDs, a phosphor of domestic production is used. The development and release of new modifications of GS LEDs is carried out by its own R&D center, where a full cycle of development, experimental-technological and research work is being implemented.

The capacities of Technopolice GS enterprises allow the production of up to 145 million LEDs per year and are able to meet the needs of the industry in domestic LEDs. Using GS LED components, manufacturers can produce lamps that meet the requirements of the law in terms of the origin of Russian products.
