Trademark ITK

The ITK trademark is a project of the IEK Group of Companies. One of the manufacturers of the Russian electrotechnical market created this project to promote products to provide telecommunications solutions and provide domestic equipment to Russian consumers.

The strategic production base is located in Russia, in the Tula region. The equipment of the production complex produces telecommunication and climate cabinets that comply with European and Russian standards. History

2024: Rental of 67.5 thousand m of warehouses

In July 2024, it became known that the largest warehouse lease transaction since the beginning of the year was closed in Russia: the electrical engineering company IEK Group rented 67.5 thousand square meters from the developer Parametr, created by the PIK group. m in the Kuvekino industrial park in the Desenovskoye settlement near Troitsk in new Moscow. The tenant will occupy the area, which will be commissioned in mid-2025 as part of the first stage of the project.

According to Vedomosti, representatives of IEK Group, Parametr, as well as NF Group, which acted as a consultant to the transaction, confirmed the information about the transaction. According to the commercial director of IEK Group Artem Maimor, the decision to lease additional space in Kuvekino was made due to the lack of capacity of the company's warehouse complex on Varshavskoye Shosse. He explains the choice of speech therapy by the "good throughput" of the complex, a feature of which is the presence of a cross-docking system for the through movement of goods.

The rental rate at Kuvekino, according to experts, can range from ₽9800 to ₽12 000 per 1 sq. m per year excluding operating costs and VAT. Thus, the annual expenses of IEK Group for the new warehouse will be at the level of ₽661,5 -810 million.

Consultants note that this transaction is the largest in 2024 with a speculative warehouse. Prior to this, the record in this segment, according to the NF Group, belonged to Wildberries "41,781 sq. m in the speech laboratory" Sofino "and the company" Nonton "" 40,000 sq. m in the center "M.video" in Chekhov. 2017

The IEK Group of Companies implements a program of large-scale modernization of the production complex in order to double the volume of production. At the end of 2017, the volume of production reached 191.4 million products, which is 13.2% more compared to 2016. In rubles, this figure increased by 16%. In 2017, investments in development amounted to 440 million rubles, while 260 million were allocated for the modernization of the production complex, the money went to update the equipment of the workshops and research center of the Group of Companies, as well as to build office and warehouse complexes.

"The work carried out in 2017 was a logical continuation of the program of technical re-equipment of industrial equipment, infrastructure development and capacity expansion, launched back in 2016," explains Roman Ryndin, director of the IEK METALL-PLAST production complex.

The modernization of the production base to one degree or another affected all sites of the IEK Group of Companies. So, new machines were purchased for almost all workshops in Yasnogorsk. This allowed not only to increase production volumes, but also to expand the range of products.

In addition, the modernization of the production base made it possible to reduce the holding's costs by 4.5%. For example, the PIVATIC automatic penetration line, which replenished the Yasnogorsk site in 2017, saves raw materials in the production of metal cases by 11% and speeds up the process of processing parts. At the same time, the new line is as automated as possible: it almost completely excludes manual labor, thereby ensuring consistently high quality products. Investments in PIVATIC amounted to 60 million rubles.

Also in 2017, the plant managed to increase labor productivity - compared to 2016, production per person increased by 19% and amounted to 3.1 million rubles.
