2022: Confirmation of compliance of the information security system with the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2013

Rostelecom Contact Center confirmed the compliance of the company's policy in the field of ensuring the security of the applied IT and tools with modern standards. The corresponding certificate of the international certification body TUV Austrian Standards & Compliance received services for receiving and processing telephone calls, mail packages, calls through chat and e-mail, telemarketing, as well as thematic mailings, outgoing calls and questionnaires. This was announced on November 23, 2022 by Rostelecom-Solar.

International certification according to ISO/IEC 27001:2013 imposes strict requirements that can be met only if there is a constant investment in the development of information security and continuous control of all IT processes of the company.

The official certification of the information security system by Rostelecom Contact Center guarantees the reliability and confidentiality of the data processed by the company. Thus, all processes of organizing hotlines, chatbots and omnichannels are reliably protected from cyber attacks.
