Implementation results:

The IT solution is also used to control the implementation of the implemented target setting system in the Department, calculated until the end of 2023. And with the help of the ICMS, performance indicators affecting the target values are monitored. At the same time, each priority project and indicator of the effectiveness of the organization's activities is attached to one or another strategic goal.
