2022: Transition to electronic archive
On November 25, 2022, Inforser Engineering announced the transition to electronic document management using the Etla electronic archive version 6.6.
Inforcer coordinates the work of the group of companies in the fields of information technology, construction, service and operational support. This is a fairly large amount of daily documentation, a significant part of which must be stored within the deadlines established by law.
The advantages of electronic workflow are no longer in doubt. The exchange of documents with regulatory authorities, such as the tax inspectorate, is carried out only in electronic form. Therefore, the question is different: which electronic document management system is better for a particular organization?
Inforser Engineering specialists studied the offers on the software market and chose the Etla electronic archive for their organization.
It provides centralized storage of organization documents, including scans of paper originals, saves time when searching for the necessary documents, excludes their loss, allows you to access the archive remotely via the Internet.
The software product "Etla" can be used not only for archival business management, but also as the main system of electronic document management.
Among its features can be named:
- comprehensive technical support;
- the possibility of adapting the system to the peculiarities of the document flow of a particular organization;
- support of qualified EDS;
- access control and data backup to ensure the safety and security of the information contained in the archive;
- The ability to extend system functionality with plug-ins as needed.
One of these modules - "Report Editor" - was purchased along with software for deploying an electronic archive. The Etla software is distinguished by a simple installation and configuration - Inforser Engineering specialists performed it on their own. After installation and a small initial configuration, the archive was ready for downloading electronic document files, creating file files and reference books.
Users did not have any problems with mastering the program. They noted the intuitive interface of the program, which helped in the work - the need to refer to the accompanying documentation rarely arose.
The director of Inforser Engineering LLC noted with satisfaction that positive changes appeared in the organization's document management - the time for the preparation and execution of contracts for the provision of services was reduced, and the work as a whole became more productive.
