Lonmadi"" automated the recruitment and recruitment of personnel  ATS Potok using HRTech solutions from the developer. TalentTech As a result, the company closed more than 350 point vacancies per year, and their closure period was halved. This was announced by TalentTech on November 24, 2022.

The company "Lonmadi" has a wide distributed network of separate divisions throughout Russia and selects employees in 40 divisions of the dealer network by a small team of recruiters. Before the introduction of ATS Potok, the recruitment process from the formation of an application, posting a vacancy on work sites to conducting interviews and sending a job offer was carried out manually, and the data was stored in disparate folders and tables. This led to the fact that the story about the candidate did not persist, it was difficult to track the current status for each, which slowed down the process, confused recruiters, and also carried reputational risks.

For ATS, the company had two main requirements: the ability to transfer the existing candidate base to a single system, as well as transparency and clarity for everyone who works with a vacancy.

How was the selection work in ATS Potok:

  • the manager formed a request for a vacancy in ATS Potok and in a specially developed template filled out the main requirements for the candidate;
  • the HR specialist received the request and sent it to the next stage at Potok;
  • the vacancy was published on work sites in cities where candidates are needed;
  • responses from the sites were received by ATS with a note about the site from which the person responded;
  • An HR specialist in the system communicated with candidates, left notes, scheduled meetings, corresponded in instant messengers and added to the general database;
  • if the final interview was successful, a questionnaire for the security service, a job offer, and then a cycle training were also automatically sent to applicants from ATS Potok by mail.

Also, ATS Potok has set up a consolidated analyst for Lonmadi on the main HR metrics: the effectiveness of selection sources, the efficiency of the selection funnel, the time to close the vacancy. On one dashboard, the head and HR specialist can see where there are bottlenecks and work on them, improving performance. At ATS Potok, 'Lonmadi' HR specialists also monitor the relevance of the proposed wages and the conditions of competitors, and then adjust their own vacancies, which is especially important in point matching.

As a result of the transformation of HR processes and the implementation of ATS Potok at Lonmadi:

  • automated point selection of specific vacancies,
  • closed more than 350 point vacancies per year,
  • the candidate base was replenished from 0 to 15,700 resumes,
  • the closing time of point vacancies has halved,
  • the processing time of one resume decreased from five days to one.
