The company "Dynamics" in the shortest possible time introduced into the work of Bank "Dolinsk" one of the components of Dynamika Front Office - call-center. The program interface allowed Contact Center employees to receive customer and bank product data in one click. Dynamika announced this on December 2, 2022.

The company "Dynamics" for 2 months sold Dynamika call-center in Bank "Dolinsk." Employees of the Contact Center began to quickly advise individual clients on basic issues and quickly perform a number of common operations, for example, blocking cards and consulting on an account.

As a result of the introduction of the software into the work of the Contact Center of Bank Dolinsk, employees assessed the convenience of the interface and the speed of searching for the necessary information by name and phone number of the client.
