2021: Development of the IAS Situation Center of the Governor and the Government of the Bryansk Region

During the project, the information and analytical system of the situation center of the Governor of the Bryansk region and the Government of the Bryansk region was developed by introducing and adapting software.

Project objectives

• Development of a system designed to provide information support for the activities of the Governor of the Bryansk Region and the Government of the Bryansk Region within the framework of monitoring and control of consolidated operational data.
• Development of the personal account of the Governor of the Bryansk region and automation of data collection, analysis and visualization for modules:
  • "Monitoring the execution of state (municipal) contracts on the territory of the Bryansk region"
  • "Monitoring the implementation of national (regional) projects in the Bryansk region"
  • "Assessment of the effectiveness of the activities of the authorities (Decree No. 68)"

Results

Inspection and analysis of existing processes related to the automation facility was carried out, including:

• Identification of participants in information interaction
• Survey of integrated information systems
• Generating a List of Data Warehouse Metrics
• Development of a list of monitoring indicators

The modules "Monitoring the implementation of state municipal contracts" and "Monitoring the implementation of national (regional) projects in the Bryansk region" have been finalized in terms of automating the collection and interactive entry of data, calculating the obtained values, unloading pre-configured reports and visualizing data.

Data loading is automated by integration with the information system for managing state and municipal finances of the Bryansk region "Electronic Budget of the Bryansk Region" and the Unified Interdepartmental Information and Statistical System by developing connectors for individual indicators.

Data collection forms and processes have been set up for the formation and visualization of summary operational data on the indicators of implementation of national (regional) projects in the Bryansk region for information support of the Governor of the Bryansk region.

The personal account of the Governor of the Bryansk Region was developed by creating a set of parameterized thematic information panels (dashboards) designed to provide analytical support for the adoption of management decisions by the Governor of the Bryansk Region on issues.

It is possible to correctly output data on various platforms - personal and (tablet computers COMPUTER and PC) on the base - operating systems Windows iOS as well as export data pdf to the same visualization as presented on the dashboards of your personal account.
