2021: Robotic complex for making articles from polymer composite material (PCM) by laser sintering
A robotic system is created for the automatic manufacture of products from PCM by laser sintering, which increases productivity by 20% and reduces production costs by 15%. The system programming will be implemented on the basis of the Russian CAM system.

Reduce the production time of composite products of complex shape using the laser sintering method, reduce production costs, increase the strength of the resulting products.
Project Description
To solve this problem, the Gro up of company Systematica proposed to develop an automatic robotic cell that provides the production of composite products of complex shape using the laser sintering method. The technology is in the process of being developed in the Russian Federation and there are no other examples of implementation.
A feature of the proposed solution is the use of a unique import-substituting ON SprutCAM the Russian development for programming a robotic cell.
Project results
- All redistributions of manufacturing products from polymer composite materials are fully automated and digitized.
- It will be possible to easily change product configurations and sizes by reprogramming robots.
- The size of the products will be ensured.
- The resulting products will not require significant machining.
