Holding Roselectronics State Corporation Rostec supplied equipment video surveillances for equipping drilling rigs, RN-Drilling a subsidiary of NK. Rosneft The equipment is designed for remote monitoring of objects chemically in an aggressive environment. Roselectronics announced this on December 6, 2022.

The peculiarities of building electrical diagrams of cameras guarantee their safe use on the territory of drilling rigs and monitoring of mechanisms inside their modules. The technical characteristics of the devices allow them to be effectively used in areas with aggressive environments.

In addition to special protected cameras, general industrial cameras were supplied to equip drilling rigs with Roselectronics. They are designed for outdoor installation and can operate at temperatures from -50 to + 50 degrees. In case of cooling, the device automatically turns on the heating elements and heating of the protective glass.

The equipment was developed by Rastr NIIPT (part of Roselectronics) and will be used as part of video surveillance systems previously supplied by the enterprise to the RN-Burenie facilities in Eastern and Western Siberia.
