2022: Start production of RFID tags that can be used in severe frosts
In Moscow, the production of RFID tags has begun, which can be used in severe frosts. We are talking about Tags Reflect42 devices manufactured by ISBC. Details about the implementation of the project on December 8, 2022 are given on the website of the Moscow mayor.
Labels are available in 11 colors, which allows you to personalize them according to the corporate colors of customers or project requirements. Each RFID tag has its own unique identifier assigned at the production stage and provides a high level of protection against counterfeiting. In addition, labels do not require a power supply. When they fall into the range of the reader, they receive energy from electromagnetic radiation and respond with their unique number.
According to the developers, the new ISBC package tags differ from the counterparts of the world's leading ultra-high range manufacturers. For example, a ruler model called Reflect 42 can be read from a distance of up to 42 meters when placed on a metal. Moreover, unlike foreign analogues, the reading range of marks increases in the cold, and the product can be used even in the Far North. The label has a climatic test report confirming stable operation at high negative temperatures. Another advantage of tags is the long life of more than 10 years.
The tags have an anti-vandal body, which makes them resistant to rain, snow and any other bad weather. This allows them to be installed on metal containers, cars or on plastic containers, - said the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky. |
ISBC reminds that RFID technologies allow you to automate accounting and assessment of the wear and tear of industrial equipment, registration of transport and railway cars, moving pallets, monitoring containers and weighing trucks. RFID solutions guarantee control, reduce costs and prevent human errors.[1]
