Kazanorgsintez (SAP R/3)

In Kazanorgsintez company after five years' operation the functionality of SAP R/3 system extends. Now there is mastering of functionality "project management" for accounting of works on capital construction and creation of an information warehouse on the basis of the SAP solution SAP Business Information Warehouse. Until the end of 2006 it is going to complete process of filling of storage information from a system and to organize analytical work. In the long term in Kazanorgsintez are going to master the SAP solution SAP Strategic Enterprise Management.

As the CEO Kazanorgsintez Alyokhin Leonid notes, the operated system promotes solving of tasks on expansion of production and reconstruction of productions: "SAP R/3 system fully promotes the solution of these tasks, provides the required level of development of business, is one of technologies which helps to realize our strategy".

In a system the basic systems of functionality, the including components on management of finance, controlling, to sales management and management of material flows are implemented. Within the second stage of system deployment in Kazanorgsintez modules on production planning and on fixed asset accounting were implemented. The third stage of implementation – mastering and development of functionality began with the middle of 2002 at the enterprise: personnel management, maintenance and repair of the equipment, real estate administration. In 2005 work in a system using a component of financial management was organized.
