JSC Kazanorgsintez continues workflow automation development: in December, 2010 100 jobs of an electronic document management system "CASE" are purchased in addition. Thus, the total number of jobs at the moment is more than 300 licenses.
About the Project
The project of workflow automation in structures of JSC Kazanorgsintez is begun in 2006.
In EDMS "CASE" such tasks as registration of the arriving and sent documentation, office correspondence between divisions, control of performing discipline are implemented.
The project continues to develop. With implementation of additional jobs transition to electronic "paperless" corporate document management, work with draft documents, control of execution of directive documents and instructions of the management of all levels will be performed.
Works on implementation of jobs and maintenance of EDMS "DELO" are performed by specialists of the company of "YEW".
