On December 14, 2022, Loymax announced the implementation of a loyalty system for the Ivlev Chef Home BY Kitchen brand. Now the status system and other preferences will be available to the brand's customers.

"Ivlev Chef Home BY Kitchen" is a fledgling kitchen utensils brand that includes kitchen accessories, crockery, serving items, home textiles and other household goods.

Prior to cooperation with Loymax, the Ivlev Chef Home BY Kitchen brand had no experience in creating a loyalty program or status system. Loymax specialists, together with the Ivlev Chef Home BY Kitchen team, implemented the introduction of a three-level status loyalty program for a month and a half. After the first purchase, the client receives a craft card, which makes it possible to accumulate 5% of the check amount. When the total amount of purchases reaches 20 thousand rubles, the client goes to the second level and receives 10% of the check amount in the form of bonuses. The third level is indicated by a black card - 15% of the bonuses of the check amount. In addition, any client receives welcome bonuses when instituting a card. The status system not only makes customer purchases more profitable, but also increases the loyalty and trust of the audience in the brand.

In our work for the Ivlev Chef Home BY Kitchen brand, we jointly tried to implement the most attractive loyalty system for customers and effective for business. At the implementation stage, joint work was carried out to analyze and further configure marketing promotions, due to which it was possible to satisfy the client's request and launch a hybrid loyalty program: discounts, points, additional birthday bonuses, a status system and much more. Loymax effectively solves the business problems of our customers and allows you to increase customer loyalty - the head of the Loymax implementation department, Burkova Anastasia.

We turned to Loymax because their technical processing has the necessary promotions to introduce a unified loyalty system. A three-tier status system will not only improve business performance, but also increase loyalty among our customers. At the moment, we are already working on other joint projects with Loymax, - commented in the company "Ivlev Chef Home BY Kitchen."
