2016: Automation of process control based on 1C: Document Flow 8 KORP and 1C:ERP

The manufacturer of wheels and trailed equipment Hartung has automated document management processes using EDMS based on 1C:Enterprise 8. WiseAdvice-IT became the integrator who implemented the implementation of the target system.

HARTUNG has a complex system of both internal and external document management. The corporate circulation of documents is due to the availability of production, and the external document flow is due to the preparation and approval of accompanying documents for the products produced in the form of counterparties.

Initial situation

A project to modernize the information system was launched, and along with the introduction of the ERP system, the management of the holding faced the task of automating the document management system. It would speed up the exchange of documents between production and the head office, reduce the time for coordination of documents on manufactured products with counterparties.

To solve this problem, the software product 1C: Document flow 8 KORP, created on the basis of the modern technological 1C: Enterprise platform 8.3, was chosen. Integration mechanisms with the accounting program used in the company were implemented for the system.

What was done

Based on the internal regulatory documents of HARTUNG, the forms of documents of the 1C: Document Flow CORP system were set up.

In terms of the technological part: the mechanism of exchange with the accounting system was implemented (1C: Accounting department of the enterprise through the exchange plan).

As a result of the project, the use of uniform rules and approval procedures in terms of documents was implemented. Automation of "paperless document management" processes is provided.

The system was put into commercial operation in September 2016. After the implementation of the main accounting system one on the basis: it is 1CERP also planned to significantly refine and expand the functions of the system.
