2016: Automation of the Treasury, internal and external EDO based on the solution "WA: Financier" and "1C: KORP Document Management "

In November 2016, the National Energy Corporation moved to a new level of financial management through the introduction of the WA product: Financier, as well as automation of internal and external electronic document management using a corporate solution from 1C.

The customer is a Russian company specializing in the complex supply of electrical and crane equipment, as well as transformers. In March 2016, the company's management decided to acquire the WA: Financier program package developed and replicated by WiseAdvice Group on the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform in order to automate financial management and optimize treasury processes. In addition, a 1C: Document Flow CORP product was purchased to build a comprehensive electronic document management system for the company.

The choice of WA: The financier was due to the affordable cost of the product, the ability to implement it as a separate solution, high performance and easy integration with 1C programs. At the same time, to adapt the program to the specifics of the company's activities, minimal improvements were required, which made it possible to launch the system as soon as possible, 8 months after the start of the project.

What was done

Specialists from WiseAdvice-IT, a federal 1C integrator, installed software products, collected the necessary data, configured programs for the customer's business processes, trained employees to work with new software.

Automated accounting functions:

  • Registration of the cash flow budget (BDDS);
  • Automation of the process of approval of applications for cash flows (receipt and consumption);
  • Payment Plan Management (Payment Calendar)
  • Interaction with client-bank systems;
  • Interaction with the customer's accounting systems (1C: Accounting 8, 1C: Document Flow).

Automation results

As a result of the project, a single information space was created for operational cash flow management, budgeting, planning and contract management. Implemented and integrated with 1C: Document Flow WA modules: Financier: Cash management and WA: Financier: Contract management fully covered the company's target needs, covering all business processes within the Treasury.

The implemented complex of solutions based on 1C:Enterprise 8 allowed the National Energy Corporation to:

  • Optimize cash flow management;
  • Increase financial control;
  • Carry out financial planning and analysis;
  • Automatically generate operational reports on cash flows;
  • Have prompt access to the necessary information to make management decisions.
