2022: Transition to HRlink Electronic Human Resources Document Management System
Trading house "Petrovich" switched to paperless personnel document management on the HRlink platform. More than 7,000 employees of the company throughout Russia can now sign personnel documents online in a few clicks. This was announced by HRlink on December 16, 2022.
The Petrovich company is expanding, and after it - the number of employees. As of December 2022, the company has more than 7,000 employees, many of them working remotely. Following the increase in staff, the burden on HR specialists grew, who had to spend a huge amount of resources on the exchange of documents with the team. The company decided to switch to personnel electronic document management (KEDO).
We chose HRlink as the technological basis for the project, which allows you to abandon paper in HR. In the system, you can sign online all types of personnel documents provided for by law. It is enough for the employee to enter the code from SMS.
The project was implemented in stages. As part of the first stage, employees of one of the construction centers were connected to the service. After receiving positive feedback from the team, all Petrovich shopping and construction centers - about 4,500 employees, and the office - about 3,000 more people, moved to KEDO. On December 1, 2022, the entire company was connected to the system. The scaling process took just over two months.
As a result of the project, the company began to significantly save on paper, printing, consumables and courier delivery. Employees of the HR department of Petrovich began to spend less resources on hiring and registration of employees.
The main difficulty of projects for the transition to KEDO in retail is working with the team. Employees often question whether they will be able to work with the KEDO platform, whether they will have enough technical skills. It was important for the company to show employees of construction centers that KEDO does not require special technical training, this innovation will help them in solving routine tasks, and will not become an obstacle in work. Meetings, webinars and training events were held, commented Dmitry Makhlin, HRlink Development Director.
