2022: Creating a mobile app for shopping, tracking order information, bonuses and discounts
NORBIT (part of the Lanit group) has created a mobile application for the Italian knitwear brand Glenfield. This was reported by Lanit Group of Companies on December 19, 2022. In it, customers can make purchases, track information about orders, bonuses and discounts, clarify the necessary information and communicate with support specialists. The implementation of the project made it possible to scale the customer base, increase loyalty and engagement through personalized promotions and offers, as well as increase conversion to sales from email mailings.
The development was implemented in a short time thanks to the use of a ready-made boxed version of the mobile application, created earlier by NORBIT specialists for the RightWay loyalty system. The team of experts developed the design and customized the application for the company's tasks, as well as finalized the personal account on the site, and the loyalty program services were integrated into it.
The mobile app has access to Glenfield catalog viewing, ordering and shipping tracking. In addition, the user can find the nearest store in his city, learn about new products and sales, use personalized offers and a loyalty card. With it, you can track the history of purchases and bonuses, as well as ask a question or get advice from a specialist. More than one hundred thousand people across the country are already taking advantage of Glenfield's online shopping loyalty program.
Consumers are most likely to shop through mobile apps, according to research. Therefore, it is difficult to imagine a clothing brand without such a sales and communication channel. In addition, this is also an opportunity to better recognize customers.
