2022: Completion of pilot implementation of HRlink-based EDC system

The multi-platform operator Tricolor has completed a pilot implementation of HRlink's HR EDO system. According to the results of the project, 150 employees of the company can sign documents remotely. In the future, the transition to HRlink will allow the company to halve the cost of personnel workflow. This was announced by HRlink on December 23, 2022.

To effectively exchange documents with employees, regardless of their location, it was decided to switch to personnel electronic document management.

The HRlink platform was chosen as the process base for the project. This is a service for remote registration and signing of all types of personnel documents allowed by law. Signing takes place in a matter of minutes using an enhanced unqualified electronic signature (UNEP), an account on the State Public services portal (UNEP ESIA) or through the State Key mobile application.

The personnel EDO market Russia is in its prime, and the number of offers from companies is constantly increasing. When choosing a technology partner, Tricolor drew attention to the number of cases and positive feedback from customers, as well as the presence of a well-developed scheme for implementing and maintaining the system. In December 2022, a pilot project was completed, in which about 150 Tricolor employees took part. In a month, the team was connected to the platform. In addition, all the necessary integrations and templates were configured. The pilot participants note that the HRlink service is convenient and intuitive, easy to learn.
