WaveAccess's corporate space is designed to provide a unified information environment for all employees, simplify routine operations, as well as vertical and horizontal communications, and broadcast company values ​ ​ and principles.

WaveAccess employs more than 850 people in different cities and countries as of December 2022, many of them remotely. For centralized communication, a unifying "home page" was needed, where, among other things, you can virtually meet with colleagues with whom you cannot communicate outside the project work, find out the latest company news or ask the management a question of interest directly. The portal will also simplify the process of adapting employees by making all processes more transparent. The platform is written from scratch by the company's employees, and it embodies their own idea, WaveAccess CEO Alexander Azarov commented.

The portal consists of many microservices, each of which is responsible for a specific partition. Here are company news, calendar and event announcements, the ability to order branded products, answers to well-known questions, the option of feedback from management and other sections is available. You can also easily switch from the portal to other corporate sites: the Instrucbase training management system, the seminar record archive, and the Confluence teamwork space. A customizable solution allows you to integrate features that may become in demand in the future.

The availability of certificates of compliance with information security standards obliges WaveAccess to ensure the proper level of protection for the internal corporate resource: users' access to their accounts is protected by two-factor authentication.

The idea of ​ ​ the portal was put forward by WaveAccess employees at a corporate hackathon in June 2021. The dedicated team was engaged in the development of the solution throughout 2022. The project uses TypeScript, React, Redux-Toolkit, RTK-Query technologies, as well as C#, ASP.NET, gRPS Services, MediatR, PgSQL, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, Nginx.
