Alfa-Bank (RM: Personnel management)

Within the project which proceeded within three years complex automation of personnel processes of bank and also integration of a system into other business applications was carried out. At the moment system "RM: Personnel management" is the main personnel solution of Alfa-Bank. Within the system covering all regional bank branches accounts of all staff of financial company are processed. De facto, system "RM: Personnel management" became the first unified rule of Alfa-Bank on human capital management.

"Prior to cooperation with UCMS Group in bank there was no end-to-end HR system providing an opportunity for work of all main HR departments of Alfa-Bank in a common information space on a single platform — Potapova Svetlana, the head of department of technologies of the personnel systems of Alfa-Bank comments. — At the beginning of the 2000th years attempts of implementation of such solution, however owing to the different reasons were made, they were not complete. The main problem and complexity of this project is that in the market there are no ready-made solutions capable to meet all specific requirements of Bank".

Prior to implementation "RM: Personnel management" the personnel management system of bank consisted of a number of separate subsystems, poorly connected among themselves. The staff of different personnel divisions of Alfa-Bank used different applications for the solution of the tasks – and this situation did not allow to receive a complete picture for the full and operational analysis of personnel data. Support of a set of the separate systems demanded from bank of significant investments, complicated adoption of personnel solutions and created additional difficulties in case of any changes in the legislation.

During implementation system "RM: Personnel management" it was implemented at the central office of bank in the beginning, and then – it is replicated on its territorial subdivisions. Let's note that within the project significant completion of a system and also its integration into business applications of Alfa-Bank was carried out.
