This solution allows to automate stages of personnel office-work and document flow, from creation of a position of the staff list before providing the analytical information allowing company management to make strategic decisions in the field of the HR policy of the enterprise.
"RM: Personnel management" is offered to UCMS Group on license model and can successfully be applied at the enterprises numbering from several tens to several thousand people; local, regional or international level; different level of property and national identity; in different spheres: pharmaceutics, hotel business, telecommunications, banks, industry.

Resource Manager (RM) - is an application development platform of the MS SQL databases. This platform includes customizers, application programming and the executive environment for the end user. The architecture of RM is based on an object model which provides:
- visual means of a parametrirovaniye and application tuning;
- open architecture business of logic which allows to modify and develop a system;
- the unified technology of access isolation to functionality and data;
- support of office applications of the MS Excel and MS Word for creation of reports and the system of decision-making;
- support of the macro language of commands, functions of the platform and MS VBA;
- methodology of the solution of information tasks of databases using applied libraries.
