Single solution from Forward will allow Kazakhstan's Transtelecom to become a convergent operator

2022: Implementation of a single BSS/OSS solution

On January 17, 2023, Forward announced that it had implemented a single BSS/OSS solution with the possibility of forming convergent proposals for a large telecom operator in Kazakhstan, Transtelecom. So, Transtelecom is now ready to provide various service packages - including with mobile communications.

To facilitate the introduction of new services to the market and support converged products and mobile communications, the Forward BSS/OSS digital platform was introduced.

Within the framework of the project, a set of solutions was introduced that allowed not only to implement the project task, but also led to an increase in the stability and productivity of the components of the operator's basic IT infrastructure. In addition, the work with the partner network was automated - not only in terms of calculations and processes, but also the partner's personal account was introduced with the possibility of interaction and management.

To carry out the project, Forward used 10 of its own products included in its Forward Billing, Forward Fusion, Forward BPM, Forward PRM, Forward PRM eShop, Forward SP, Forward AMS, Forward TI, Forward IC, Forward Anti-Fraud line. Forward has migrated more than 500,000 active subscribers and 5,000 tariff offers. As a result of the implementation, the solution passed all the necessary reliability, safety and performance checks.
