Biography

Born July 16, 1978 in Krasnokamensk.

In 2000 he graduated from the Siberian University of Consumer Cooperation with a degree in Accounting and Audit.

In June 2020, he was appointed Minister of Housing and Communal Services, power, Digitalization and Communications of the Trans-Baikal Territory with a trial period of 6 months, the corresponding order was signed on June 18, 2020[1]. On August 10, 2022, the Governor of the Trans-Baikal Territory, Alexander Osipov, signed an order to dismiss Ilya Zolotukhin from his position and dismiss Ilya Zolotukhin from public service on his own initiative[2].
