PJSC KB Center-Invest conducted robotization of business processes using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology based on the Russian Sherpa RPA platform of Sherpa Robotics. The implementation of the project made it possible to significantly increase the efficiency of the bank. This was announced on January 18, 2023 by Sherpa Robotics.

The import-substituting Sherpa RPA platform uses AI-based automation technology. RPA robots use the user interface to collect data, form tasks, and manage applications. This makes it possible to significantly reduce the time spent by employees on routine processes. For example, the processing time of documents of legal entities after automation was halved - from 2 minutes to 1 minutes, while the time spent on processing one document was reduced by four times - from 2 minutes to 28 seconds.

The introduction of the Sherpa RPA platform into the work of Center-Invest Bank took about a month. During this time, a competence center of several employees was created, with RPA tasks occupying no more than 50% of their working time. Now software robots independently monitor public procurement sites, check the correctness of data on bank service points in navigation maps, determine the presence of a signature in accordance with the processing of personal data, and also perform other routine work, freeing up human resources for more interesting and creative tasks.

Robotization bank - the process is constant. The Bank plans other stages with an increase in the scale of those being implemented business processes using RPA. Among the further tasks: sourcing in, Internet checking information the presence of changes in the states of customers with distribution to interested parties, automatic data upload, analysis of activities according to the specified criteria, preliminary calculation of limits, development of the idea of ​ ​ a robot assistant performing the specified operations of a specific user, as well as automatic search for deviations in bank processes, commented Dmitry Gorokhov, technologist of PJSC KB Center-invest.

By creating the Sherpa RPA platform, the company set itself the task of developing not only a competitive domestic IT product, but also a stable platform, the functionality of which would be quite understandable to programmers and would allow the implementation of robotization in the business as soon as possible, without requiring a lot of time and human resources. Cooperation with Center-Invest clearly showed that algorithm machine learning the work of artificial intelligence fully copes with the tasks set and helps large companies not only optimize the process of their work, but also increases vital indicators for business - the percentage of customer satisfaction, the speed of data processing and routine tasks.
