Biography

Rybakov Sergey Yuryevich was born on October 30, 1976 in Odintsovo, Moscow Region.

 In 1998 he graduated from the Academy of the FSB of Russia with a degree in Automatic Telecommunication.

 From 1998 to 2001 he served in the FAPSI of Russia.

 From 2001 to 2006, he worked in key IT positions in Moscow companies in the information and communication technology sector.

 In 2005, he underwent professional training in the specialty "Organization and management of the enterprise."

In 2013 he graduated from the World Technological Institute with a degree in Fundamentals of Business Administrator Skills, MBA

 Since February 2013, he has been transferred to the position of Director for IT and Innovation in connection with the development of the innovative direction of the company Globus-Telecom. He held the same position in February 2018.

Since December 2021 - Director of the Competence Center for the Development of the SKIT Service of Globus-Telecom (the main shareholder of the company is PJSC Rostelecom).

Since September 2022, he has been appointed chief expert of the corporate championship of professional skill of PJSC Rostelecom in the competence of Machine Learning and Big Data (Artificial Intelligence).
