2024: Finalization of Field Design Platform

Rosgeo and Geomix completed a joint project to finalize the field design platform. Russian software completely replaces foreign analogues, and due to an integrated approach to automation of solid mineral exploration processes, it increases operational efficiency by more than 2.5 times. Rosgeo reported this on January 16, 2024.

The platform was finalized with grant support from RFRIT. The total cost of the project amounted to 81 million rubles, the amount of the grant - 47 million rubles. The product is introduced into the Rosgeo workflow. Read more here.

2023: Receiving a grant of 47 million rubles for the refinement of the Geomix-Geology system

On January 26, 2023, it became known about the issuance of a grant to Rosgeology in the amount of 47 million rubles for the development of domestic software "Geomix-Geology." The funds were provided by the Russian Information Technology Development Fund (RFRIT)

Geomix Mining and Geological Information System (GGIS) helps companies engaged in the extraction of iron, gold, aluminum alloy, coal and other minerals, estimates and calculates the reserves of a useful component at the place of birth and, based on analysis, selects the sources of its development. Using a system of seven modules, you can obtain quarry models, as well as develop the calculation of reserves and reverse resources.

Rosgeology received 47 million rubles for import substitution of geological software

Rosgeology will spend a grant to expand the functionality of the Geomix-Geology system "in order to further replace foreign-made software and automate the geological exploration process, as well as improve the competitiveness of the product in the market of Russia and friendly countries," the Prime agency reports with reference to the press release of the state holding.

The rework will be carried out in such a way that the program can be used to conduct the results of exploratory drilling and geological testing data, build spatial geological objects, calculate geological reserves and generate geological documentation.

The initiative is being implemented within the framework of the project "Refinement of the field design platform." The total cost of the project is 81 million rubles. Financing is carried out within the framework of the federal project "Digital Technologies" of the national program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation," added to Rosgeology.

Government support is of great importance for accelerated import substitution of software. We welcome the decision of the competition committee. The implementation of this project will allow us not only to replace foreign applied software products in the field of geological exploration of solid minerals as soon as possible, but also to sensitively increase the operational efficiency of geological exploration work due to deep automation of production processes and the organization of fully electronic document management in terms of the exchange of geological information, - said Sergey Gorkov, General Director of Rosgeologia JSC.[1]software
