GazPurInvest-Tyumen has completely switched to electronic document management using Etla software. Software developers provide technical support for the system. The company "Etla" announced this on February 3, 2023.

LLC "GazPurInvest-Tyumen" is engaged in the lease and management of non-residential real estate, participates in public procurement. The organization is a structural unit of Gazprom.

The introduction of electronic document management (EDM) is a natural work to improve business processes and workflow in the company. As experience shows, EDO not only reduces costs and saves human and material resources, but also improves the image of the organization - using it, it demonstrates a commitment to best practices.

It is also natural that to solve the problem, the development of domestic programmers was chosen - the electronic document management system "Etla" version 7.0. In the current conditions of the global economy, self-reliance allows you to minimize risks and guarantee the information security of document management.

The deployment and configuration of the system was carried out by the developer's specialists, guided by the terms of reference, which detailed the customer's requirements.

After installing the system, the system was configured on the customer server:

  • user groups have been formed and access rights have been configured;
  • document cards and automatic numbering rules have been set up, including rules for recognizing document types specified in the terms of reference;
  • a document storage structure is formed;
  • Business processes required by the customer are set up
  • system users are instructed to work with it and its capabilities.

To ensure the most reliable and stable operation of the system, as well as to be able to quickly adapt the system to the emerging requirements, the customer's management considered it advisable to conclude a technical support contract for the system for a year. If there are any questions or problems in the work of EDMS "Etla," the developer's specialists will quickly and skillfully solve them.
