The register includes only trusted software created in Russia and complying with the requirements of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation. O2 was developed by the Russian IT company Innoseti in 2022 and provides interaction between insurance companies and clinics in a single window format.

Due to direct integration with medical information systems (MIS) of Russian clinics, the O2 platform provides the following advantages:

The platform functionality allows the operators of the insurer's medical console to quickly and conveniently find clinics and the necessary specialists to receive the insured under VHI, while the patient immediately receives confirmation of the record, taking into account his wishes when choosing available slots. If the client record is canceled or transferred, the operator receives a notification and can immediately make adjustments.

Service Presentation

The Innoseti company on February 7, 2023 presented a product that increases the service of the insurance company as part of the customer service of VHI - Tsunami O2. The platform provides a single digital channel of interaction between insurance companies and clinics.

One of the opportunities that insurance companies with Tsunami O2 now have is to manage live VHI records. This offloads the call center and helps the insurer effectively distribute customers to clinics. The solution also allows you to reduce operating costs by up to 50% and reduce the loss of insurance costs for VHI by 20%.

The implementation of Tsunami O2 also increases the level of client service. Thanks to the "Registration" module, owners of VHI policies can now make an appointment with a doctor through an insurance company in one call. At the same time, if earlier it could take up to several days to record and agree on an appointment for VHI, now the process takes no more than three minutes, and the patient immediately receives confirmation of the recording.

Digitalization makes working with patients easier for clinics as well. They automatically receive a patient's application for an appointment from the insurance company, can manage the time of slots by records and save on the labor costs of call center employees.

The nearest plans are to connect an online record to Tsunami O2 through the insurer's mobile application. This will allow customers to make appointments without calling a clinic or insurance company.
