2024: Revenue growth by 25% to RUB 7.1 billion

At the end of 2024, the developer of the IT platform for freight insurance Zunami (Innoseti LLC) showed revenue of 7.08 billion rubles. This is 25.3% more than in the previous year, when the figure was 5.65 billion rubles. Such figures are given in the financial statements, which TAdviser got acquainted with in mid-August 2025.

The cost of sales on an annualized basis increased by more than one and a half times - from 29.94 million rubles to 47.09 million rubles. Commercial expenses are not indicated in the financial documentation, while management expenses increased by 37% - from 292.97 million rubles to 401.51 million rubles. Other revenues jumped by 87.7% - from 25.25 million rubles to 47.38 million rubles. At the same time, other expenses decreased from 11.4 million rubles to 1.05 million rubles, that is, by 90.8%.

Sales of products, goods, works and services brought 6.94 billion rubles, which is almost a quarter more compared to 2023, when such receipts amounted to 5.58 billion rubles. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services increased by 20.1% - from 164.98 million rubles to 198.11 million rubles. Expenses related to the remuneration of employees increased by 21.3%, reaching 184.54 million rubles against 152.13 million rubles in 2023.

The company recorded a gross profit of 7.03 billion rubles, which is a quarter more compared to 2023, when it was 5.62 billion rubles. Profit from sales increased by 24.4% - from 5.33 billion rubles to 6.63 billion rubles. Net profit increased from 5.24 billion rubles to 6.67 billion rubles (plus 27.3%).

As of December 31, 2024, receivables are indicated in the amount of 704.23 million rubles, which is 5.7% more than in 2023 (665.98 million rubles). Accounts payable increased by about one and a half times - from 18.01 million rubles to 26.81 million rubles.^[1]
