2023: Safemobile Rollout

Softline Group of Companies on February 7, 2023 announced that it had introduced the Russian Safemobile mobile device management system at the Mosgorgeotrest State Budgetary Institution. As a result of the project, control and protection of tablets used in Mosgorgeotrest were strengthened, as well as centralized management of corporate mobile devices was organized. As of February 2023, about a hundred tablets of the organization are under control of the platform.

Mosgorgeotrest specialists use mobile devices with installed specialized software for collecting and systematizing geospatial data of the capital. Safemobile is a completely domestic development.

At the start of the project, we examined the customer's infrastructure in order to draw up an architectural scheme of the solution. After its approval, we installed the platform and integrated it with the client systems. And for the comfortable adaptation of specialists and administrators of Mosgorgeotrest, a briefing was conducted on working with the system. As a result, the process of managing and accessing mobile enterprise devices was automated and centralized. Control on mobile devices was also ensured, which contributed to an increase in the level of information security in the organization. Now, in "one window" mode, the administrator sees where and which employee has the device and what resources it is connected to, "says Kirill Nikitushkin, system architect of the infrastructure project implementation department.

The implemented solution allows you to centrally install and update any, even specialized software. Now this process takes no more than an hour, and the devices are prepared for operation within a few minutes. In addition, Safemobile allows you to easily and quickly scale when new devices are connected to it and does not require significant computing resources.
