BIA Technologies expands IT cooperation with Business Lines

2023: Purchase of 11,500 client licenses and 23 server licenses

The transport company "Business Lines" acquired from the Russian integrator BIA Technologies 11,500 client licenses "1S:KORP" and 23 server licenses - in addition to the existing 5,500 client licenses and 17 server licenses. BIA-Technologies announced this on February 8, 2023.

Business Lines regularly expand their customer base and constantly need additional corporate licenses. Thus, the group of companies said that when preliminary calculating the volume of purchases, an increase in the number of user jobs in the future of 3-5 years by 1.5 times was taken into account compared to the current number of active users.

Business Lines stressed that the growth in the number of customers will increase the load on the information base of the transport company. To further maintain a high level of client service, it is planned to constantly test each release of the cargo carrier base in real conditions - on a test bench that is completely identical to the productive environment.

In turn, BIA Technologies noted that they will continue to support the IT infrastructure of the transport and logistics operator, conducting load testing of the Business Lines base after each update of the 1C configuration.
