2023: Offering Second Issue of Three-Year Series 001R-01 Bonds

Leasing fintech company LLC Arenza-Pro (Arenza brand) on February 13, 2023 fully placed the second issue of three-year bonds of the 001R-01 series. The volume of placement amounted to 300 million rubles, the coupon rate is set at 14.5% per annum. Bond coupons will be paid monthly.

In total, 2710 transactions worth 300 million rubles were carried out. Thanks to great interest from retail investors, the company was able to complete the offering within three days, which is significantly shorter than the planned placement date of April 7, 2023. Depreciation is provided for the issue of bonds: 10% of the face value will be redeemed on the dates of the end of the 15th, 18th, 21st, 24th, 27th, 30th and 33rd coupons. Another 30% of the face value will be redeemed on the end date of the 36th coupon. As a result, the duration of the release will be about 1.9 years. The issue of bonds with depreciation will become more interesting for retail investors, as they will be able to reinvest the incoming cash flow coming from the depreciation of bonds, added Oleg Karpeev, director of issuers at Sinara Information Bank.

In December 2021, the company placed the debut issue of bonds in the amount of 300 million rubles. with a quarterly coupon rate of 14.5% per annum. The maturity of the bond loan amounted to three years, quarterly depreciation is provided. In 2022, the company repaid 20% of the debt and paid coupons in the amount of 42.3 million rubles. In the next two years, Arenza will continue to make quarterly repayments of 10% of the debt together with the payment of coupon income, added Oleg Senkov, founder and CEO of Arenza.

2022:900 transactions totaling over RUB 1 billion

Over the past year, Arenza-Pro entered into about 900 transactions totaling over 1 billion rubles.

The revenue of Arenza-Pro LLC in the first 9 months of 2022 amounted to 168.8 million rubles, net profit - 28.9 million rubles, net debt - 373 million rubles. Net debt/portfolio reached x0.3 and net debt/capital reached x0.84.

The company's portfolio is diversified, the key areas are equipment for the food industry and the telecommunications market. At the end of 2022, Arenza entered the top ten large leasing suppliers in the market of telecommunications equipment, equipment for the food industry, housing and communal services and medical equipment.

The volume of Arenza's leasing portfolio in 2022 grew by 25% and reached 1.17 billion rubles. In just the past three years, the company's portfolio has more than quadrupled.
